Richardson, who comes from the Redgrave acting dynasty that includes her mother Vanessa Redgrave, her aunt Lynn Redgrave and her sister, Nip / Tuck star Joely Richardson, is reported in critical condition in a Montreal hospital, according to IrishCentral.com.


Richardson and her husband Liam Neeson starred in the 1994 Jodie Foster vehicle Nell. She has also starred in The Handmaid's Tale, based on Margaret Atwood's classic, feminist Sci-fi novel, and Fat Man Little Boy.
