Salma Hayek's Valentine's Day Wedding to French Billionaire Francois Henri Pinault

Ugly Betty producer and actress Salma Hayek, is officially off the market now that she married French businessman and billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault on Valentine's Day -- a fitting day to wed since their one-year-old daughter is named Valentina.

The French newsmagazine Le Point -which the Pinault family owns -- broke the news, according to People, that Hayek, 42, and Pinault, 46, married at City Hall of the Sixth Arrondissement in central Paris.

While Hayek, who produced and starred in the biopic Frida a few years back, and Pinault, originally announced their engagement in March 2007, the couple hit a few bumps in the road and called it off in July 2008.

Hayek is currently appearing as Alec Baldwin's character's lover on 30 Rock. Her husband is the CEO of the luxury giant PPR, and his father, Francois Pinault, is one of France's wealthiest men with an estimated $16.9 billion fortune, Forbes reported last year.
