Taylor Created a Queer Cultural Toolkit For Baby Gays

Even though I grew up in Los Angeles with a really liberal family, I was very anxious about coming out of the closet. I was not the proud individual you see today. There were many times, I would lock myself in the bathroom and cry because I didn't know how to deal with coming out. During those years, queer music, literature and art gave me the strength to come out.
