Sia and Moroder’s New Pop Anthem is THE Track of Summer
You know that moment you realize you’re listening to THE track of your time? It’s the instant you become obsessed and play it on repeat until your roommate begs you to stop.
Well, I found THE track for you. Disco legend Giorgio Moroder, the 74-year-old electronic wizard, will release his first solo album in more than 30 years. Britney Spears aka Godney and Charli XCX collaborate with the disco trailblazer on his new album. Spears’ cover of Suzanne Vega's classic, "Tom's Diner,” will definitely have you twirling under a mirror ball.
The lead single, “Right Here, Right Now,” features the pop anthem goddess, Kylie Minogue, on a bouncy beat. It’s a track you have to download.
Moroder enlisted to help of the famously anonymous star of last summer, Sia. Sia’s “Déjà vu” is THE track that will have you #TBT to the golden age of music, and the most important track of the summer. Obvi.
The full album comes out June 16, but you can pre-order it now on iTunes and Amazon and receive “Déjà vu feat. Sia”, as well as previously released singles “74 is the New 24” and “Right Here, Right Now featuring Kylie Minogue” instantly.
