Blue Is the Warmest Color's stars should absolutely land Oscar nominations.

Itā€™s January, which means that awardsā€™ season is in full swing, and the marketing machine at IFC films is pushing for an Oscar nomination for AdĆØle Exarchopoulos, the break-out star of the epic lesbian-themed love story Blue Is the Warmest Color. She and her costar LĆ©a Seydoux absolutely deserve nominations for their fearless, revelatory performances (IMHO), but it could be a long shot considering the Palme Dā€™Or winners were not nominated for Golden Globe Awards, although the film was nominated for a Best Motion Picture Drama Globe.

The ā€œfor your considerationā€ push for Blue includes a brand new red band trailer with commentary from its stars!
