Maybe you’re a Hillary Clinton supporter, maybe you’re not. But we can all agree that sexism has no place in a 2015 Presidential race. Unfortunately, this isn’t the case. Women in politics face more criticism, more biased coverage, and more sexist tropes than their male counterparts. According to Ultra Violet, an organization to expand women’s rights, the media is more likely to comment on a woman’s appearance and family, and even fail to use her official title in order to undermine her as a candidate.
