Ok, so maybe his turn as Daredevil in 2003 left much to be desired, but the hunky Pearl Harbor star has proved that he can do more than act — he's also a pretty skilled director, with hits like the 2012 film Argo under his belt. Affleck isn't finished with the superhero genre, however, and will return to crime-fighting as Bruce Wayne/Batman in the much-anticipated Batman Vs. Superman film, coming out in 2016. He will also play the caped crusader in next year's Suicide Squad, which will feature a plethora of Gotham City supervillians.
