Annie Liebovitz Talks Rock & Roll with David Letterman

Famed out photographer Annie Liebovitz made a rare appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman Tuesday. Perhaps one of the greatest chroniclers of the late 20th century via her photographs, Liebovitz is widely lauded for her shots of artists, musicians and celebrities, but her new book of photos Pilgrimage features no people, just places that mean something to her, like Niagara Falls and Emily Dickenson’s home in Amherst, Mass.

Perhaps one of the greatest chroniclers of the late 20th century via her photographs, Liebovitz is widely lauded for her shots of artists, musicians and celebrities, but her new book of photos, Pilgrimage, features no people, just places that mean something to her, like Niagara Falls and Emily Dickinson’s home in Amherst, Mass.
