Ellen DeGeneres has sold her Beverly Hills estate to Ryan Seacrest, according to TMZ.
The talk show host’s estate was listed for $49 million, and Ryan reportedly paid close to her asking price. There are three guesthouses to go with the main house that is 9,200 square feet. The four houses, and a few ponds, sit on nearly an entire block – 2.87 acres – a massive size lot for Beverly Hills.
The deal should be finalized this week, as its currently in escrow since Ellen accepted an offer from Ryan for within a couple million dollars of the asking price.
Ellen purchased the main house from Will & Grace co-creator Max Mutchnick for $29 million, and later bought the surrounding properties. In November of 2011, Architectural Digest did a feature on the home of Ellen and wife Portia de Rossi, with plenty of photos that can be seen here.
Congrats on the sale, Ellen!
