Linda Hamilton will join the cast of Weeds for its sixth season as Linda, a lesbian drug dealer, according to an article in Entertainment Weekly.
Hamilton's character and her partner will help Nancy (Mary-Louise Parker) as Nancy and her family try to escape from the mafia. Nancy will spend a majority of the season on the run because of a crime her youngest son commits.
The show released an extended trailer, in which Nancy offers to give Linda "special favors" in exchange for her assistance.
Hamilton is not signed to be a cast member, but will appear for an extended number of episodes.
