Meredith Baxter Does the Oprah, Today Show Circuit for Memoir 'Untied': Video

Actress Meredith Baxter, who came out concurrently on Advocate.com and on The Today Show in Nov. 2009, is making the interview rounds this week promoting her memoir Untied.

Baxter, who rose to fame on shows including Bridget Loves Bernie, Family and Family Ties, stopped by The Today Show today and tomorrow she’ll appear on Oprah discussing dicey topics including abuse at the hands of ex husband David Birney, coming out late in life and in the public eye, alcoholism and more.

Don’t forget to set the DVR for Oprah on Wednesday. It promises to be a great show. Meanwhile, here’s Baxter in an interview with Matt Lauer.
