Vanessa Carlton has a new album,Rabbits on the Run, and she stopped by Chelsea Handler’s Chelsea Lately for a chat about her new music and what she’s been up to.
Of course crass Handler went right for the intimate details, asking Carlton, “So you recently came out as a bisexual?” (While performing at a Nashville Gay Pride this year.)
The “A Thousand Miles” songstress joked her Mom called her, surprised by the media attention following the event, to ask if she could still expect grandkids. But Mom was happy to realize her daughter was a “bohemian” artist, a la Frida Kahlo.
