"I just like making people feel good," said 21-year-old Donté Colley.

The internet has fallen in love with 21-year-old Donté Colley, an Instagrammer whose adorable motivational dance videos have been uplifting everyone's spirits.

Colley films himself dancing jovially to rather odd songs, like the themes to Law & Order and The Office, then superimposes motivational phrases like "Hey you, recognize that you are so f**king worth it," and "Keep going, you're doing great sweetie," all while bouncing a profusion of heart emojis off his butt.

"When I first started making videos I was getting positive feedback from my friends who would message me and be like ‘this made me smile today’ so it just kind of motivated me more to keep making them." Colley told BuzzFeed

"Social media can become such a grey, overwhelming and kind of defeating platform just because it's seen as everybody’s highlight reel and it's like everybody’s living their best lives, and that can kind of make us question our purpose from time to time. So I guess I make these videos because I just like making people feel good."

How does he pick the songs to dance to?

"I kind of just throw on a track," he says. "It could be Beyoncé, it could be some elevator music, it kind of depends on what I’m feeling and then from there I will probably record like three different ways of movement."

The internet is obsessed with the Canadian's feel-good clips and the attention brought him all the way to a performance on Good Morning America

"It makes it feel worth doing," Colley said. "And that’s all I could ever ask for. To make people feel better especially because we all go through lows in our lives and we all have our own struggles that we deal with on a day to day, so just being able to bring some light or joy to somebody, it makes it feel worth doing. It definitely recharges me and motivates me more to keep going."
