Angelina Jolie's Ex Girlfriend Jenny Shimizu Marries the Same Week Proving Lesbian Merge Never Dies

Angelina Jolie wasn't the only person to finally tie the knot last week. Her ex-girlfriend Jenny Shimizu also married got married -- to model Michelle Harper.

It's so crazy that the two finally marry their perspective spouses in the same week. Jolie and Shimizu met on the set of 1996's Foxfire while Angie was still married to her first husband. She was open and honest about the spark between her and her ex-lover. She told Girlfriend's Magazine in 1997, "I would have probably married Jenny Shimizu if I hadn't married my husband." Snap!

Alas it wasn't meant to be for the pair. Jenny Shimizu married her partner a couple of days after Jolie-Pitt tied the knot. 

It's a fine week to celebrate love in all of its many forms. Congratulations to both couples and we wish you a lifetime of love, growth, double dates. and lesbian merge. Yes, Jolie-Pitt, you guys too.
