The Talk cohost Sara Gilbert, 40, and her wife, music producer Linda Perry, 49, welcomed their first child together on Feb. 28, it was announced on The Talk Monday, according to People.

“Our very own Sara and her wife Linda are the proud parents of a new baby boy and both mother and child are doing well,” cohost Julie Chen said on The Talk.

Gilbert gave birth to their son Rhodes Emilio Gilbert Perry. The former child star first announced she was pregnant on The Talk back in September when she said she abstained from facing her fear of lying on a bed of nails.

The couple became engaged in April of 2013, and wed during a big rock-and-roll ceremony in April of 2014.

Gilbert has a 7-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old son with her ex, TV writer and producer Alison Adler.

Congratulations to Gilbert, Perry, and baby Rhodes!
