J. Crew CEO Jenna Lyons Dishes How-To Master Tomboy Style

It's a well known secret that Jenna Lyons is one of our style icons. The out and proud lesbian President of J.Crew has totally revamped its style in recent years with Fast Company reporting in an interview with Jenna that J.Crew has earned more than 2.2 billion in profits since 2003. Jenna started as an assistant to an assistant, designing rugby shirts (I sort of knew that a lesbian was responsible for these). Jenna then moved her way up to become President of the company. Her rise is remarkable, and the interview is worth a read.

Jenna, who's known for her pulled-back hair and her dark rimmed glasses, also recently sat down with Lucky Magazine to explain her pointers for mastering tomboy wear.
