You might have seen me in The Advocate"The Naked Truth" body image issue a few months ago. And you can look forward to The Hydra Executives an entrepreneurial reality show filmed in Dubai, where I played one of the contestants representing health and fitness and the LGBT community all while fighting for $1 million dollars! My newest venture is signing on with corporate franchise co. Custom Built Personal Training as their official "Spokesperson.”

While I am a certified personal trainer and a sports nutrionist I had a past life of beinga firefighter and EMT, and I used to be paralyzed from the neck down, so with this said, Health and Fitness are both my passion and very personal. I am a hardcore trainer, but you won't see that in my attitude, as I am always smiling while kicking my client's butt!
