Fairly Legal, starring the ever so scrumptious Sarah Shahi, will officially be returning for a second season, reports the Hollywood Reporter.
Shahi plays the role of a Kate Reed, a former lawyer turned mediator, who has to deal with the drama that ensues from working for her stepmother, as well as her relationship with her ex-husband (a relationship Facebook would deem “complicated”). All the while, she is working towards justice and achieving world peace!
Although the show didn’t have a huge following in its first time around, according to THR, Fairly Legal was solid, nonetheless, and worthy of a second season.
The USA Network has decided to pick up another 13 episodes of the dramatic comedy.
Production begins this summer and is scheduled to premiere early next year.
