Tom Daley and Dustin Lance Black are dads again!

The couple announced Wednesday that they had a new addition to their family: Phoenix Rose Black-Daley.

“Our family has grown in the last week, we welcomed Phoenix to the world on 28/03/23 and he’s just perfect,” Daley wrote on Instagram. “Robbie is loving being a BIG BRO!”

Olympic medalist Daley and Black, a screenwriter, have been together since 2013. They tied the knot in 2017 before welcoming their first son, Robbie, via surrogate just a year later.

“Welcome to the world little Robbie Ray,” Black wrote at the time. “Thank you for bringing so much love and light with you. And thank you to those who helped turn our dream of having a family into this wonderful reality.”

Last year, Daley said on a podcast that the two had initially decided to go with surrogacy to start their family in part because of the losses they had suffered in their own families.

“There was something about surrogacy that we were drawn to that just meant that we could pass on the people that we’d lost, their genes and their thoughts, their feelings, their personalities and being able to bring someone into the world, that felt so extremely special,” he said.

Are Tom Daley and Dustin Lance Black still married?
