Doritos Just Came out With Chips and They're Delicious
Doritos have never looked so damn good.
Doritos just unveiled a rainbow-colored bag of chips to show their support for the LGBT community. Inspired by the colors of the Pride Flag, the chips come in shades of orange, green, purple, blue, and red.
Doritos partnered with It Gets Better to create these beautiful chips. It Gets Better is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating changes needed to better the LGBT community. You can get a bag, but only once you've donated at least $10 dollars to It Gets Better. Then Doritos covers the price of shipping and the delicious snack will be yours in just one to two weeks.
Ram Krishnan, Frito Lay’s chief marketing officer, said he hopes the release of the Doritos Rainbow will bring “an entirely new product experience to our consumers to show our commitment toward equal rights for the LGBT community and celebrate humanity without exception.”
Our favorite part of the bag: On the back it states, “There’s nothing bolder than being yourself.” They even got the awesome hashtag to go along with it: #BOLDANDBETTER
Nicely done Doritos.
