Out New York City Council woman Christine Quinn is New York magazine’s cover woman, and she looks absolutely fierce.
The firebrand has had a hell of a good year, marrying her partner Kim Catullo last May and securing her position as the Democratic frontrunner in NYC’s mayoral race.
