It''s been a hectic two months, holidays with my brother, my parents coming to visit, finding and moving house or a difficult work rota and so my training and diet hasn't been where I want it to be, and as a result my energy levels and mood haven't been great. But that's okay, I'm an optimist, which means I know that a step backward after a step forward, isn't a disaster... It's the cha cha!

I honestly can't describe how it felt to see all the misunderstood, beautiful birds of prey (Eagles, Falcons and Owls) and the work the centre does treating, rehabilitating and releasing them back into the wild
