It was a virtual love fest when Lea Michele received a Tweet and a promise of an official Babs doll from the icon herself, Barbra Streisand.
It all started when the Glee star sent out a message to her over one million followers that said:
msleamichele: Currently watching Hoarders and this man has a Barbra Streisand Barbie!!! Where is this man and how can I get my hands on that doll!!!!!!
Apparently, the message caught Streisand’s eye. She retweeted Michele’s post and then answered her:
BarbraStreisand: @msleamichele Forget the guy. I'm sending you the doll. But I want a Lea Michele doll when it comes out!
The young Broadway and TV actress replied to her idol:
msleamichele: @BarbraStreisand DEAL!! Ps I adore you:)
Before looking for a quick Twitter version of a pinch to make sure she wasn’t dreaming:
msleamichele: Am I dreaming or did @BarbraStreisand just tweet me? I just died. I'm literally dead on the floor.
So there you have it, to get close to the one and only Barbra, ask about her doll!
