Because sometimes we’re actually lucky in this cruel and miserable world, Carly Rae Jepsen has released a FIFTH song from her upcoming album!
The audio for “Too Much” dropped yesterday, and features the smooth, electronic feel so many of her songs do.
The lyrics are very on-brand CRJ, centering around warning the boy she likes that everything she does, she does too much, so “if I love you, then I love you too much.”
Carly Rae always seems to give us exactly what we want from her bubblegum pop, and her latest single is certainly no exception.

And while we don’t have a video yet, CRJ’s tweet foreshadowing the song release suggests that if we do get one down the road, it might be a good ole rom com-y story to go along with the slick track.

Dedicated is slated for release on May 17th. The wait is almost over!!
