The missile attack on a passenger plane flying over Ukraine that has left 298 people dead,
including more than 100 HIV and AIDS researchers on their way to an international conference, has the media speculating about consequences for those responsible.

Then she identified the one thing we should know for sure about what to expect next: whoever really did it, will say they didn't.
