Dexter Stars Michael C. Hall, who plays the world's most charismatic on-screen serial killer, and his on-screen sister, Jennifer Carpenter got hitched on New Year's Eve after dating on the down-low for about 18 months.
The Newlyweds will make their first public appearance at the Golden Globe Awards at the Beverly Hilton on Jan. 11. Showtime's hit show Dexter is nominated for several awards, including Hall's nomination for Best Actor in a Drama.
Carpenter plays Dexter's snappy talking, career-driven police detective, adopted sister Deb on the show, which just wrapped up airing its third season.
Hall's rep confirmed with E that the couple ran off to the hills to marry over the holidays.
"They were married outdoors in Big Sur, California," Craig Bankey, Hall's rep, told E!. Carpenter carried a bouquet of white roses with her grandfather's wedding band attached, according to the rep.
