Ok, so maybe if you're a die-hard fan you know all of these things already, but if all you know about Nick Jonas is what you've seen on Scream Queens or heard on Spotify, then Chadwick Moore's OUT interview will shed some light on this gay icon. Here are seven things you may not know about Nick Jonas:

1. He likes cigars.

I mean, come on, who doesn't like a big, flavorful stogie between their lips?

2. If he wasn't in entertainment, he'd be a professional baseball player

Pitcher? Catcher? Both?

3. He launched his career at age 6 — in a hair salon.

We can only hope he was singing some Hairspray.

4. His first single, Dear God, played on Christian radio stations.

Nick and his brothers even sported purity rings, a sign they were waiting to have sex until marriage.

5. He lost his virginity at age 20.

So much for those purity rings.

6. The theme of his new album was inspired by his recent break-up.

Nick's relationship with former Miss USA Olivia Culpo ended about a year ago, after two years of dating. The experience inspired his new album, Last Year Was Complicated.

7. If he had gone to college, Jonas would have studied English.

“I’m not a huge reader. But I love to write. I guess writing lyrics is kind of like poetry.”
