Vitaly Milonov has a twisted 'sense of humor' and a long list of antigay moves in Russia.

Russian's most famously antigay politician is fantasizing about ways he can punish a lesbian couple who mocked him with a kiss during a recent flight they shared.

"I didn't understand what they are doing but they have a nice sense of humor," Vitaly Milonov told CNN. "I also have a good sense of humor. I will perhaps continue this joke by closing their gay club in St. Petersburg, or ban them from having meetings in public places, that's also a funny step."

When Milonov — a leading figure in passage of Russia's antigay "propaganda" law — was spotted in the seat behind the couple, they got out their camera phone and took a selfie of them kissing, with Milonov's face in the upper right corner.

"Milonov didn't say anything," wrote Ksenia Infinity on a Russian social media page where they shared the image. "We did a photoshoot with him in the background. When he noticed what we were doing he hid behind his tablet computer. We are very happy. He probably isn't. But who cares!"

That photo has gone viral and appeared all over the world. Meanwhile, Milonov seems to want his revenge.

He's got quite the resume of antigay moves. Back when Russia hosted the Olympics, it was Milonov who argued Vladimir Putin couldn't possibly suspend the law he co-sponsored just for the event.

He used his law to call for the investigation of a social media page created to support LGBT youth, and successfully had it shut down.  He is now trying his best to close a "loop hole" that allows transgender people to get married.

Milonov even treads in pop culture. He attacked British actor Stephen Fry as a "bringer of evil." And when Apple CEO Tim Cook came out as gay, Milonov called for a lifetime ban on him ever visiting Russia, calling him a health threat.
