Seventeen, the mag that has been dominating the teen magazine industry since forever, just got a whole lot more LGBT-friendly with the announcement that openly-gay YouTuber Tyler Oakley would be their cover star for the October 2015 issue.

Tyler poses alongside good friend and fellow popular YouTuber, the UK's Zoe Sugg aka Zoella, for the magazine's "Social Issue" that showcases a bunch of everyone's favorite social media personalities.

As if seeing an openly gay youth on the cover wasn't good enough, Seventeen also announced that Raymound Braun, another YouTuber who likes to vlog about his life as a gay man, is their newest contributing editor for all things having to do with LGBT topics!

According to Seventeen, he's going to be making blog posts and vlogs for the website on a montly basis! As a matter of fact, he's already started

We love to see such a mainstream publication take steps to be inclusive of LGBT people, and we can't wait to read Tyler's full cover story and see what cool and exciting stuff Raymond has to bring to the Seventeen website.

Congrats guys!! tyler-oakley-rainbow-hair
