Theater and Alison Bechdel fans alike got some epic news on Wednesday when Fun Home on Broadway announced it would be taking the 12-time Tony nominated production on the road. In our glowing review last month, we lamented our concern that this powerful, important musical might not get to reach a national audience, so we are particularly ecstatic about this revelation. Make it a top priority to catch Fun Home as it visit a theater near you in 2016/2017. This deeply emotional, beautifully crafted piece is destined to have you in tears and coming back as much as you possibly can. Now here's hoping it takes all the Tonys too!
