Born in Pittsburgh in 1977, Zachary Quinto played a slew of roles before bursting onto the acting scene in 2006 as Sylar, the cruel, cannibalistic villain from the hit sci-fi series Heroes. After that came a string of roles that highlighted Quinto’s acting ability (not to mention those amazing eyebrows!)—from Star Trek’s Captain Spock to various characters in American Horror Story, all while maintaining his presence on the stage. In 2011, as a response to the suicide of Jamey Rodemeyer, Quinto came out, saying that he hoped his openness would help the fight for equality.
