Mila Kunis, who first gained notoriety playing the ditzy-yet-powerful Jackie on That '70s Show, is headed back to the decade that made her famous. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kunis is set to executive produce Meridian Hills for the CW, a period drama set in 1972 that recaps the women's liberation movement.

"Meridian Hills is set in a boozy Midwest country club in 1972, during an era when the Equal Rights Amendment was just beginning," writes THR. Of course, that amendment has still not been ratified by the U.S. government. But that's another story for another day.

The drama follows a young newly married woman after she joins the Junior League and connects with an eclectic group of young women as they join forces to change the system. Kunis is not slated for an on-screen role in Meridian Hills at this time.

Kunis played queer — or less than straight — in the Oscar-winning ballet drama Black Swan, and portrayed young bisexual supermodel Gia in the titular film on HBO, which saw Angelina Jolie win a Golden Globe for her part portraying the adult Gia Carangi.

Kunis will be joined by writer and executive producer Sydney Snider (The Rite) , and Chris Keyser, as well as fellow Robot Chicken alum Lisa Sterbakov, and Black Swan managers Cami and Susan Curtis. The show does not yet have an airdate, according to THR.
