Watch: 'SNL's Out Player Kate McKinnon Nails Ellen DeGeneres

Not only is Kate McKinnon the next big thing to happen for women on Saturday Night Live since Kristen Wiig's departure, but she's also the show's first-ever gay lady! Since McKinnon's debut last April she's been the cast member to watch, even if she's still just a featured player and not a full-on cast member yet. She's done killer impressions of Penelope Cruz, Ann Romney and the old Spanish who defaced a fresco that have put her smack on SNL fans' radars.
