There’s nothing better than when two funny ladies get together to tell it like it is, especially when it’s Wanda Sykes as a guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Wanda appears on Ellen’s show today to break down the Grammy Awards, and Wanda has a few things to say about pretty people including Jennifer Lopez and  Beyoncé. While Wanda knocks on wood thankful that baby Blue Ivy looks more like mama Beyoncé than daddy Jay-Z, even Ellen clams up and plays the straight woman to Wanda’s truth telling.
