Two-time Oscar winner Jodie Foster will not face charges for her alleged The Brave One-esque vigilante retaliation against a budding teenage paparazzo who accused her of manhandling him, according to E! News.
Foster became The Accused when the father of a 17-year-old boy, whose identity is withheld as he is underage, said that Jodie “pushed and shoved” his son who’d been attempting to snap photos of her and her kids at an L.A. shopping mecca.
But a spokesman for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, Frank Mateljan told E! News, “We did get a copy of the complaint but declined to file charges.”
The 17-year-old boy’s dad had further accused Foster alleging she, "followed [the victim], poked him on his chest, [and] grabbed [the victim] by his left arm causing visible injury," and causing scratches and bruises.
The incident prompted Foster’s publicist Jennifer Allen do vehemently deny the charges, calling the boy a “professional paparazzo,” with a massive camera bag and lens who’d "tailed the actress and her young sons from the movie theater to valet parking."
Since the charges have not been filed Foster can rest easy as she no longer hears the screaming of the lambs. Too much with the cheesy movie references?
