Lilith Fair 2010 hit the Gorge in George, WA (about two hours east of Seattle) on July 3, 2010. A press conference was held behind the stage before the big-name acts (Sarah McLachlan, Sugarland, Colbie Caillat, Erykah Badu and Sheryl Crow performed their sets to a roaring crowd.
There were roughly five professional photographers and news outlets invited to the exclusive event. During the press conference, the celebrity panel answered questions pertaining to women in music, local charities benefitting from Lilith Fair 2010, working together as a collective group, and traveling with kids (Sarah has two daughters and Sheryl has two sons and all four kids are on the road with their rock star mommies).
The photographs below offer a rare glimpse into Lilith Fair 2010 and the singer/songwriters involved in the successful women’s music festival.
