The producers of the hit HBO series "True Blood" are doing a great job of teasing their diehard fans by releasing the first of six “minisodes” today on Yahoo!TV. Here are vampires Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) and Pam (Kristin Bauer, playing up the bisexuality), auditioning new vamps to their brood.
The producers of the hit HBO series True Blood are doing a great job of teasing their diehard fans by releasing the first of six “minisodes” Tuesday on Yahoo!TV.
According to Broadcasting and Cable, the minisodes are all written by True Blood creator Alan Ball, and will star lead cast members from the HBO drama series.
"The minisodes provide a wonderful and rare opportunity to take a deeper look into Bon Temps and the characters that live in this colorful town," said Ball in a statement. "The scenes are so much fun, and the performances as stellar as always. I can't wait to share them with everyone, old fans and new."
The running time for each of the six episodes promises to be three to five minutes long and all will reference both past and future storylines.
This episode features Eric (Alexander Skarsgård) and Pam (Kristin Bauer) auditioning wannabe exotic dancers for their vampire bar Fangtasia. Fan will get a glimpse into where Pam’s story arch may be heading, and for readers of Shewired, I guarantee it will get very interesting as she is purportedly getting more bisexual with every bite.
Kudos to Alan Ball and the gang for the Flashdance homage in this short. While this Jennifer Beals wannabe doesn't quite cut it, we're fairly certain Bette Porter could take any fanger to task! Once you've tangled with Jenny Schecter everything else is cake.
