The jealous cocktail waitress who punched Lindsay Lohan in the kisser at Lindsay’s 24th birthday bash Thursday at West Hollywood’s Voyeur Nightclub is getting the boot, according to TMZ.

Voyeur’s managers will meet as a formality Saturday to discuss the matter but they are supposedly in agreement that she should be terminated, says TMZ.

The waitress gave Lindsay a knuckle sandwich for a birthday present when she saw Lindsay chatting up her ex boyfriend, rugby player Danny Cipriani.

This is not nearly as much fun as the old days when Lindsay made headlines by screaming at Ashley Olson to get her, “15-year-old Full House ass away from her girlfriend (Sam Ronson).” This sort of jealousy is just so humorless and pedestrian.

And, do managers really have to meet as a formality? It’s a fair assumption that a waitress who throws a punch at a patron gets canned – even if the customer –paying or not-- is Lindsay Lohan.

Voyeur is the same Hollywood hole -- where girls don a ridiculously short skirt and dangerously high heels to be seen --  that made headlines when a Republican National Committee member was fired for hosting a gathering there and expensing $2,000 to the RNC on booze at a supposed S&M themed party.
