Shannon Purser shares her struggle with some of her inner-demons.

Shannon Purser was blasted into internet stardom last year after her iconic role as Barb on the Netflix original series sci-fi thriller Stranger Things. Now, the 19-year-old actress is using her platform to share her struggles with some of her own inner-demons.

In a series of tweets, Purser opened up about her struggles with her sexuality and faith.

She also had some advice for anyone else dealing with similar struggles.

And she had a request from her fans.
