There are no finite rules as to what should go down post break-up, but there are also some blaringly obvious things that we should all take notes on after a split occurs. 5. Don’t make your mutual friends pick sides
6. Do not think you’re alone or that other people don’t hurt this hard
7. Do not jump into a friendship with your ex
8. Don’t believe that love is dead (it’s just temporarily in a coma)
