Tegan and Sara to Headline Epic Lesbian Party The Dinah Shore Weekend

Hold on to your bikini tops! Tegan and Sara will headline the lesbian bacchanal that is the Club Skirts Dinah Shore Weekend in Palm Springs, Calif. this April 5, according to a release from the Dinah. 

The out twins from Canada have been performing for more than a decade but they cracked the big time with their hit “Closer” off of their latest album Heartthrob, and now they are headed to the desert to perform at the most epic lesbian party in the world.

The original Dinah Shore Weekend celebrates its 24^th anniversary in 2014, and the event has slated a couple of national out acts for the festivities. Not only will Tegan and Sara headline Saturday’s party at the Palm Springs Convention Center, but Macklemore / “Same Love” collaborator, out singer/songwriter Mary Lambert is also scheduled to appear at Dinah this year.

It’s a pretty great year for everyone when two nationally recognized out acts perform at Dinah!
