Pokémon Enlists Michelle Visage to Judge Super Pet Contest

Beloved RuPaul's Drag Race judge Michelle Visage has teamed up with Pokémon for a worldwide pet submission contest, inspired by the in-game Super Contests.

“Our house is full of Pokémon fans and animal lovers—including our two dogs, Romeo and Daisy—so this event is such a fun way to celebrate the joy that animal companions bring to families all over the world,” the star said in a statement. “I can’t wait to see all of the amazing animals that people are lucky enough to call their friends, so it’s going to be really hard to choose the winners!”

Category is... "clever, cute, and cool." The iconic franchise invites fans to upload pictures of their pets, encouraging pet owners to dress their animals up as their favorite Pokémon. Submissions are open until November 9 and winners will be announced on the 16th on the official Pokémon YouTube channel. Visage will host the winner's ceremony.

Prizes include Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Pokémon Shining Pearl Dual Packs, a Pokémon gift basket, Nintendo Switch Lite Dialga & Palkia Editions and more.
