If you’re still in withdraw from Mad Men, Halt and Catch Fire will ease your pain. This AMC drama (currently on Netflix) follows computer programmers and salesmen during the personal computer resolution of the early 80s to 90s in the Silicon Prairie of Texas. The show also features a bisexual lead character, Joe McMillan. Sadly, prodigy punk coder Cameron Howe is straight (please fix this, writers), but she does have the most enviable wardrobe on the show—a mix of thrift gems and military surplus items that put Joe’s $4,000 suits to shame.
