Most senior yearbook quotes are corny and no one even really remembers them. But self-described “really gay” feminist Caitlyn Cannon’s senior quote isn’t like most. In fact, it’s probably the single best, most feminist senior quote in the history of ever.

“I need feminism because I intend on marrying rich and I can’t do that if my wife and I are making .75 cents for every dollar a man makes,” read Cannon’s quote, which was shared in a tweet that went viral on Monday.

Besides being totally on-point in a snarky and hilarious way that gets people thinking about the intersection of being both gay and a woman, Cannon’s quote got us thinking about other feminist gems hiding in the pages of dusty old yearbooks.

Using our research skills (and our Photoshop skills) we reimagined our fave quotes from our fave feminist celebs as old high school yearbook pictures. These quotes aren't really in the pages of anyone's yearbook, but how awesome would it be if they were, though?!

Got a favorite celeb feminist quote? Or a kick ass yearbook quote from when you were in high school? Share them it with us in the comments or on Twitter!
