The short film gained notoriety in Florida after a teacher screened the film to his ninth through 12 grade students, according to The Florida Times-Union. Neither the teacher’s nor principal’s contract was renewed after community members in Palatka, Fla. Spoke out against the teacher.

The film has gained the support of GLSEN (Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network) and From The Heart Productions. The deadline for the Indiegogo is July 2 and donations can also be made at www.icantstopbullying.com.
