Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel issued a warrant for the arrest of actress Lindsay Lohan, 23, after she failed to show for a mandatory court hearing stemming from her 2007 DUI case, ABC News is reporting. 

This is just the latest drama plaguing the once popular A-lister.In addition to the warrant, Revel also set bail for Lohan at $100,000.Once Lohan returns to the states, she may be required to undergo rigorous drug and alcohol testing.Many pictures have surfaced of the partier making the rounds from party to party, one of which appeared to show her falling while she was intoxicated.   

According to her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, Lohan was stuck in the south of France partying it up at the Cannes Film Festival and her passport went missing. 

"She has filled out police reports in Cannes," Holley told the judge in the California court. "She intends to fly back from Cannes at the earliest time."

Revel wasn’t buying it, she said during the hearing, "She has a history of, from her prior alcohol program, not attending. She should have made sure that she either didn't go to Cannes or if she went there, that she would be back two days before the hearing. If she wanted to be here, she could have been here. There's really no valid excuse."

Revel may take the “tough love” tactic and throw Lindsay in the lockup for 180 days for violating her probation. Revel said, "there's probable cause to believe she may be in violation of her probation."
