Despite prepping to head to lock-up, Lindsay Lohan is still managing to get some work! She landed the cover of the latest issue of the men's magazine German GQ.

Lohan is doing her best to continue working, even with her 90-day jail senctence coming up, and the total cold shoulder she has gotten from the producers of Machette, her latest movie.

Despite getting a lot of attention initially because of her appearance in the film, her arrest has made her a kind of non-person. She has been cut from the trailer, is only in one photo on the film’s website, and now Jessica Alba has been awarded top billing. Lohan doesn’t appear anywhere on the homepage, and only after sorting through dozens of photos, do you get an image of her – in a nun’s habit licking a gun barrel.

Lohan checked into a sober-living house in Los Angeles on Wednesday called Pickford Lofts. The rehab was founded by her new attorney, Robet Shapiro.

While this job may be for a men’s magazine, in Germany, at least she is working.
