Carly Rae Jepsen keeps giving the girls, gays, and theys everything they need!

With a release date scheduled for October 21, Jepsen’s sixth studio album The Loneliest Time is closer than ever! So far, Jepsen has released four singles to promote the upcoming album: “Western Wind,” “Beach House,” “Talking to Yourself,” and “The Loneliest Time.”

On Tuesday, October 11, Jepsen released the highly-anticipated music video for “The Loneliest Time” featuring Rufus Wainwright – and it is just as whimsical and magical as one might’ve expected.

You can watch the full music video for “The Loneliest Time” below.

Fans have been very excited about getting new music from Jepsen in 2022. Following the breakout success of “Call Me Maybe” in 2011 and the subsequent release of the Kiss album, Jepsen outdid herself with the critically-acclaimed LP Emotion.

Fans didn’t get a new album from Jepsen for quite a while until she released 2019’s Dedicated and its companion Dedicated Side B in 2020. Thankfully, we’re already on the verge of The Loneliest Time, so Jepsen didn’t leave us waiting for too long.

Jepsen’s new era is officially here. Bring on the bops and the hits!
