In the midst of dominating the charts with her latest album SOS, SZA has dropped the music video for her hit-streaming track "Kill Bill," and it's as delicious as we expected it to be.

The title is obviously a reference to Quentin Tarantino’s 2003 revenge flick of the same name, but SZA pushed the film references over the top in the music video, even enlisting Vivica A. Fox to reprise her iconic role as Copperhead aka Vernita Green.

In the four-and-a-half-minute music video, SZA channels Uma Thurman when her lover attempts to assassinate her. Naturally, she decides to go on a killing spree. Fox picks her up and decides to train her in martial arts. And when SZA finally meets up with her ex, he doesn't stand a chance. "I just killed my ex," she sings. "I still love him, though/Rather be in Hell than alone."

While Tarantino is teasing the idea of a third Kill Bill movie set 20 years after the last film, SZA has already reclaimed the story for a new generation of scorned lovers.

What does SZA stand for?

SZA's stage name means a few things. She once said it's short for her real name, Solana. "People called me Sos for short, which comes from Sosa." But when she was coming up with her name, there was another rapper going by Sos so she scrapped it.

She's also said it was influenced by the supreme alphabet from the Nation of Gods and Earths. "You have rulers like sovereignty over one's self and the world around you." She continued, "S is the supreme alphabet stands for 'savior,' but that didn't sit right with me, so I switched it to either 'sovereign' or 'savior,' however you feel."

How old was SZA when she dated Drake?

Drake once rapped that he dated SZA in 2008, but SZA said it was actually 2009. SZA was born in 1989 so she would've been around 20-years-old at the time.

What song is SZA famous for?

SZA's highest charting hits are "Good Days", "Kill Bill", "All The Stars" with Kendrick Lamar, and "Kiss Me More" with Doja Cat.
