Check out the brand new, super gay pop song from the out singer-songwriter.

When Troye Sivan’s gay summer anthem “Rush” was released back in July it quickly became a hit, now the out pop star is about to set the queer world on fire again with his second single “Got Me Started” off of his upcoming album Something To Give Each Other.

The music video for the new single, which dropped today, is super sexy, nuch like the video for “Rush.” This time we see Sivan sitting naked in a bathhouse with only his hand covering him, dancing suggestively, grabbing his crotch and lowering his pants to show the audience his underwear.

“You just got me started/And I don’t think I can stop it/And I don’t wanna go home alone, all right?” the Australian pop star sings.

The video shows the 28-year-old singer running through the streets and clubs of Bangkok, Thailand, and doing gyrating choreography in the middle of rooms and rooftops with backup dancers.

And if all of that doesn’t sound gay enough for you, we see drag queens getting ready for a show and putting the “Angel Baby” singer in drag, gay couples kissing, and the video ends with Sivan in a head-to-toe silver glittery look that reminds us of a disco ball at a sweaty night club.

“There’s this sort of reprise when the synth comes back at the end in the video when I’m like being pulled up the building and there’s this new drum pattern and to me it was perfect,” Sivan said in an interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music One. “It was the euphoric moment of that total freedom of realizing that you’re completely fine on your own and that also this is not a moment of sadness, but a moment of endless possibilities.”

And in a potential nod to the criticism Sivan got for the lack of body diversity in the music video for "Rush," there is a single plus-sized women in a sports bra and matching leggings shown on screen in the video for "Got Me Started."

The new song, which comes on the heels of “Rush” surpassing 180 million streams globally, was produced by Ian Kirkpatrick, who co-wrote and produced Dua Lipa’s “New Rules” and “Don’t Start Now” and Selina Gomez’s “Bad Liar.”

Sivan’s upcoming album Something To Give Each Other is set to be released on October 13, 2023.
